KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu PAS Youth wants to mobilise its vigilante squad to check on the rising cases of khalwat (close proximity) in the state.

They can legally come into any public area and watch you do anything.

PAS legalized peeping activities. A whole bunch of perverts going around recording people having sex.
