F1 Team HQ to include wind tunnel
Sepang International Circuit (SIC), a joint partnership involving the government and a consortium of Malaysian entrepreneurs for the 1Malaysia Formula One Team project, has allocated between 8,000 and 12,000 hectares for the development of the Made-in-Malaysia F1 team headquarters.
SIC chief executive officer Ahmad Razlan Ahmad Razali told Bernama the headquarters, to be located at the circuit, would be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a wind-tunnel, to test the aerodynamics of the Malaysian-made machines.

8000 to 12000Hectares.
WTF are they thinking?
You give me 2Billion to develop. I only need at best 10 Hectares for the same purpose.
10 Hectares is enough to build:
-HQ building
-Aforementioned facilities (You probably only need like 80ftX80ft for F1 CAR WINDTUNNEL)
-Mini test tracks.
-Everything else.
10 fucking Hectares are MORE THAN ENOUGH

Why spend so much money into the team while the people are suffering?
I think use the money to build roads and schools would be better lar.
