Police's Selective Traffic Offenders

Eric was driving along Federal Highway. Suddenly, a few cars at the back sped toward Eric's car. Excited by the speeding cars, Eric decided to race along with them after they passed him.

Suddenly, a police car appeared behind Eric's car; blaring its siren, Eric promptly stopped. The police officer approached Eric.

Eric insisted on collecting the ticket because he is RICH. Bribing is TOO CHEAP for him. After failing to convince Eric to bribe him, the officer issued him the ticket.

Eric: Tak adil lar. Tadi ada 2 kereta lebih laju daripada kereta saya. Kenapa saya saja yang kena saman?
Officer A: U pernah pancing?
Eric: Ya. Kerap juga pergi kolam pancing kat Sri Petaling. Kenapa?
Officer A: U pernah tangkap semua ikan dalam kolam tu?

(Translated)
Eric: It's not fair. There were 2 cars speeding faster than mine. Why am I the only one getting this?
Officer A: Do you know how to fish?
Eric: Yes. I occasionally fish in a pond in Sri Petaling. Why?
Officer A: Have you caught all the fishes in that pond?
