Those who want Math and Science in BM are:-
-People who speak and write better in BM than in English
-People who doesn't know that their kids are going to end up facing difficulties with these subjects when they go to college.
-People who had previously written the textbooks in BM.
-People who believe that BM can be used Internationally.
-People who never learn Math and Science.
Those who want Math and Science in English are:-
-People who knows the importance of everyday English in Math and Science.
-People who're not Literature-based (e.g. Sasterawan)
-People who have no confident in BM being a good medium for Math and Science.
-People had learn Math and Science in English.
-Engineers, Doctors and all professionals who had learn Math and Science in English.

I understand that some people are more comfortable in learning these subjects in BM due to their difficulty in English, but that does not mean it's going to get better.
Once they've gone out of the comfort zone in Sekolah Kebangsaan, they're going to face the harsh reality that, BM is TOTALLY NOT ADAPTABLE in these areas......at least, historically, English is far more popular option to learn these subjects....
Everywhere you go, everyone uses English in measurements, scientific-math terms and experiments.
Hence, using it in ENGLISH is still COMPULSORY once they need to study in college or work.

Let's learn some SA-INS and MA-TE-MA-TIK terms
Anyone remember the word "Pembezaan" and "Pengamilan"???
It means, 'differentiation' and 'Integration' (may sound like "Penghamilan"= Impregnation, don't be confused)
For those who had learn 'FI-ZIK' in Malay but didn't go to college to learn it in English. Ask yourself this question "Is SPEED, Halaju or Pecutan?". I can even bet you're confused right now. You can't seem to find the english word for 'Pecutan' and 'Halaju'.
How about 'Natrium' and 'Potassium'?
How about 'Kuprum' and 'Copper'?
If you didn't go to college, you'll get stuck using this words in Malay. All the engineers will wonder.
"Kau nak wayar KUPRUM????...APA TU???"
Let's translate, "Jisim", "Penyahkuasaan", "Haba Pendam Pelakuran" and "takal".
"Parasit","Kelembapan","Nu
But those who happen to get go to college, would find themselves scrambling the MALAY-ENGLISH dictionary to find these words.
Really..... when did you ever write a report using these BM scientific words anyway?
Even SIRIM uses English.

My Proposal
Learn Math and Science in both languages.
Primary School (Sek Rendah)- Use BM
Secondary School - Use BM from Form 1 to Form 3.
During Form 4. Do a special transitional class for one month:-
"Translate Malay Scientific and Mathematic terms to English"
Then continue the rest of Form 4 and Form 5 using English.
With this, when they go to college, they won't have to ask "Mass itu singkatan untuk Emas ke?"
"Navier-Stoke.... Brand Stoking kot"
"Matter... Oh.. gua ingat... Lagu Metallica...Nothing else Matter.... Maknanya.. --Semua pun takyah peduli---"
