Michelin Man's Hair to Face Ratio

A Giant Panda from China had came up with a brilliant idea of doing grid analysis on Michelin Man based on the following picture.

Apparently, if you calculate the grid squares on that picture you'll be able to find the Hair to Face Ratio.

Analysis of Grid Squares:-

Hair= 21
Face= 9


Hair to Face Ratio= 7:3

That works out to 70% hair and 30% face.
