Effect of Oil Price Rise: Middle-Class to join the Poor.

Everyone's feeling the pain now.

Rich felt the PINCH
Middle-class felt the PUNCH
and the Poor will have to skip LUNCH.

What can be more devastating that having prices of everything constantly increasing?

I'm not particularly worried about having the Fuel price to increase, but I'm extremely worried with the effect it's going to bring for the economy.

Everything will rise. Zeti Aziz announced that this year inflation will be historically the highest at 5%. I call that bullshit. It's gonna be far more than 5%. Maybe even 25 to 40%.

The rich will still stay rich coz they can adjust the price of what they are selling.
But the middle-class; which consists of majority of workforces will soon join the rank of the poor.

This will push the Spectrum of Rich and Poor much further apart.

If you're earning less than RM2K per month. Get ready to call yourself POOR.
Your salary is unlikely to rise by more than 5% this year as all company is having the same setback to cut cost. You'll be lucky not to get fired.
What can you do with RM2K nowaday being an Executive in a company?
You need to pay car/house installments, bills, loans, parents and yet still have to comply to your consumerism standard to eat in Sushi King, McDonalds, KFC and other mid-range restaurant. You can forget about Victoria Station and Tony Romas.

Forget about your luxury items. Forget about buying jewelry.
You're officially poor.

The semi-rich executive that take managerial positions- whom used to enjoy richmen activities like high standard dining, golfing, health spas will be getting ready to join the middle-class.

A big thanks to the government for increasing the gap of rich and poor.
