Nik Ajit don't understand the modern 'Humanity'

Mr Nik Aziz said he could not see why people are reluctant to accept the punishment of 100 lashings for illicit sex; amputation of limbs for theft, or death for murder when the current punishment for murder and drug trafficking is also death by hanging.

Bloody metal whip lashings put a permanent scar on a person. They can even bleed to death if not treated. 100 lashings would mean, they won't be able to sleep for at least a week with a continuous pain on the back of their body.

Amputation is a permanent scarification that disallow a person a continuity of productive use of their limbs. What if a person repent from Stealing???? Would amputation still be justifiable.

Capital Punishment like Stoning to death or Crucification is barbaric in modern time.

Yes.... Death Punishment for drug trafficking and murder is indeed barely justifiable. But at least... hanging to death is a lot more bearable than Stoning or Crucification.

I would have proposed Electric Chair or Chemical Injection death.
